Shimmering Rain - is now bagged in the "Dixie/Overstuffed" method, and is a chunky mix - meaning each bag is filled with 6 oz by volume - with Hex cut glitter in sizes 1mm-3mm - and in this case just a little bit of small irregular shatter. This mix comprised of all TRANSPARENT High Sparkle Opal material - meaning it will bounce off and change over all base colors - but alone will NOT provide a "color" on it's own.
