From the long awaited NEON/Brights Collection this my friends is SURGE - my goal this month was to make Neons as BRIGHT as possible while maintaining their COLOR and SPARKLE -THIS IS GREEN - Like see from OUTER SPACE GREEN... But depending on base coat, other glitter, or decal - it works really well as a LIME green too...
Multiple flake sizes in this chunky mix - ranging from 1 - 3mm cut size. Sold in "2 Scoop Bag" - Approximately 2.25 oz of glitter per bag.
