From the long awaited NEON/Brights Collection this my friends is Phyllis - my goal this month was to make Neons as BRIGHT as possible while maintaining their COLOR and SPARKLE - this Yellow is a little less yellow/green like some "neons" but is is BRIGHT as all get our and sparkles like no other!!! The cut size is .010 and sold in my "2 Scoop Bag" - Approximately 2.75 oz of glitter per bag.
