All Decals are generally scaled to be 3.25-3.5" wide - and height will be determined by the aspect ratio.
These are printed on Transparent Permanent Adhesive Layer with a full white ink layer - these will remain color true on any color base - but all "negative space" will allow your project base to peep through.
