Costume Party was launched in my first "opal/masquerade" collections - way back in April/May 2020 - back in the day when I didn't use multiple flake sizes in my mini cuts.... SOOO I needed to fix that - AND Kick it up a notch... now with 3 super sparkle iridescent glitters and 6 cut sizes (each glitter has 2 cut) this is going to give you the full rainbow of BOUNCE...
