Mermaid Scales on Transparent Opal

Not gonna lie - mermaid scales so SOOOO not my thing - but I figured if I was going to make it I'd make them as freaking cool as I can... and I DID THAT.... just like opal glitter - this will really shift depending on the base coat... you're going to love playing with this one.
